fully-automatic vehicle steering angle tester is for test the vehicle turning wheel rotation angle around left and right direction. It can be used for testing the vehicle main parameter with steering wheel force measurement device, wheel alignment gauge, and other devices. This equipment can be moved leftward or rightward, forward or backward, and rotation. The device adjusts the wheelbase by using motor reducer. Operate method and working principle:

The machine is consist of tester body (left and right symmetrical) and electric control box. Tester body carrying vehicle and vehicle turning on it. Electric control box is sampling and displaying data and controlling tester body. Following the requirement of the turning wheel tread and installing it on the base.

Maintenance and servicing:

1) Clean the oil and dust on the machine by using emery cloth and industrial alcohol regularly.

3) Do not open electric box often, and do not plug out the connection line and circuit board. Make sure the plug in direction if need to change, for avoid the damage the machine
